Day 1 in Iguazú:
Catch an early flight from Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazú and head straight to your hotel. Day 2 in Iguazú:
Kick off the day with breakfast before embarking on an 8 AM journey to the Argentine side of the Iguazú Falls National Park. Day 4 in Iguazú and Salta:
After breakfast, we'll transfer you to the airport for your flight to Salta. Upon arrival, we'll take you to your hotel. At 4 PM, we'll embark on a city tour of Salta, exploring its historic downtown, colonial streets, and notable sites like the Cathedral and San Francisco Church. The tour includes a visit to the top of San Bernardo hill for panoramic views of Valle de Lerma and a trip to San Lorenzo. We'll return to your hotel after covering 100 km in about 4 hours.
Day 5 in Salta and Jujuy:
An early start takes us on a full-day tour to Salinas Grandes and Purmamarca, showcasing the natural beauty and cultural heritage of northern Argentina. At Salinas Grandes, you'll marvel at the vast salt flats' ethereal landscape. In Purmamarca, enjoy the Cerro de los Siete Colores and local markets. After lunch, we visit the UNESCO-listed Quebrada de Humahuaca, exploring its towns and learning about local traditions. The 450 km journey, reaching heights of 4,200 meters, concludes with our return to Salta around 7 AM, capping off a day filled with discovery.
Day 6 in Salta and Cafayate:
Embark on a full-day journey from Salta to Cafayate, immersing yourself in the stunning landscapes and rich culture of Argentina's northwest. The adventure starts with a morning pick-up from your Salta hotel, leading you through the scenic Calchaquí Valley. You'll pass charming towns, lush vineyards, and dramatic canyons en route to Cafayate, known for its unique geological formations and exquisite wines, especially the region's signature Torrontés. In Cafayate, explore the town's colonial architecture and vibrant markets, and visit a local winery to taste and learn about the wine-making process. If time permits, a detour to the Quebrada de las Conchas reveals breathtaking canyon views. The 390 km trip, filled with cultural insights and natural wonders, starts around 7:00 a.m. and lasts 12 hours.
Day 7 in Salta:

Be mindful that excursions in Salta can involve long days, with altitudes exceeding 4500 meters and over 10 hours on a bus. It's crucial to prepare for altitude changes, which may cause dizziness and nausea, to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
